Our Brand Story: In Memory of Wholeness

We lost her to allopathy — not because the doctors didn’t try, but because modern medicine could only address part of the story.

Watching my grandmother, Sharada, endure invasive treatments was a painful awakening. It made me realize something deeper: illness doesn’t begin in the body. It begins in the energy channels, the emotions, the beliefs and in the disconnect from our inner truth. By the time it reaches the body, it is already a loud, desperate cry for help.

That moment sparked the seed of what would one day become UniSutra.

Not a replacement for medicine, but a complementary lens — one that sees the body not as a machine to fix, but as a sacred communicator of imbalances across the five layers of being. A space where Ayurveda, yoga, psychology, energy work, somatics and spiritual practices come together to realign us.

Our mission

To:

● Create age-appropriate, kosha-aligned workshops and content

● Provide personalized wellness guidance using ancient frameworks & modern insight

● Build a trusted circle of experts across modalities

● Empower each individual to become their own compass — from body to bliss.

Our vision

To bring cohesive, compassionate wellness to every home by guiding people through the 5 layers of their being.

We envision a world where healing isn’t trendy or fragmented, but rooted, personal, and whole.

About the Founder

Aditi Pote is an engineer turned integrative wellness educator. Her path has taken her through the rigor of UPSC preparation, self-authored meaningful literature, deep explorations in Yoga, Ayurveda, Neuroplasticity, Chakra Therapy and Emotional wellness.

Her greatest gift? The ability to weave complex ideas into simple, embodied experiences that people of every age or background can relate to.

Aditi doesn’t claim to heal. She facilitates remembrance.

Of wholeness. Of inner knowing. Of sustainable wellness that respects every layer of you.

What Does "UniSutra" Mean?

The reality is often a juxtaposition of two contrasting ideas. The name UniSutra reflects that duality beautifully.

On one hand, it means a common single thread — the invisible sutra of the Panchakosha model that connects us all as human beings across body, energy, emotion, intellect and soul.

On the other hand, it stands for a Unique Sutra — a tailored formula for wellness, distinct to each individual’s journey.

So while the thread is shared, the design it weaves is entirely your own.

UniSutra means The Thread of Unity — and through every workshop, report, or conversation, we return to that thread.

Because healing isn’t linear. It’s layered.

And alignment begins here!
